Cooperative Education

Cooperative education is a method of instruction that combines technical education instruction with employment directly related to the classroom instruction.  Both classroom instruction and employment are coordinated and supervised by the school so that each contributes to the student's career objective and employability.  A student must have a training agreement signed by the student, a parent/guardian, the employer, and a school administrator and a training plan developed by the program coordinator and the employer.
