Meet the Counselors

Dr. Carol Anne Ziolkowski

     Dr. Ziolkowski is the full time school counselor at LMES and she works primarily with kindergarten, 1st ,2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades.  She received an undergraduate degree in English from Mary Washington College (now UMW) and her Masterís Degree in guidance and counseling from Old Dominion University.  She obtained her Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University.  She has many years of experience as both an elementary classroom teacher and school counselor.  She can be reached by email or at LMES at 723-2051.

Mrs. Shelley Cray

     Mrs. Cray is the part time school counselor at LMES and she works primarily with 5th grade.  She will be at LMES on Thursdays.  Mrs. Cray graduated from the University of Virginia with a Master's degree in Teaching and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She also received an endorsement in Counselor Education from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has several years of experience in education and counseling. Mrs. Cray currently resides in Hanover County with her husband, daughter, and twin sons. She enjoys reading, scrapbooking, and cheering on her children at their sporting events.
